VOS New Students

Welcome to Valley Online! We're excited to help you get started.

 

 

To enroll your student in Valley Online, here's what you need to do:

  1. Contact the Corporation Office: Your first step is to get the Intent to Enroll paperwork. You can reach out to the Corporation Office to obtain this form. Completed forms need to be turn submitted to the Corporation office.

  2. Complete the Registration Packet: Once you've completed the Intent to Enroll form, you can then begin filling out the Registration Packet.

You have a couple of options for getting these forms:

  • Pick up in Person: You can pick up a copy of registration packet in the IT Department at the High School, located at 3923 W State Rd 10, Wheatfield IN 46392, Door 19B.

  • Download Online: You can also download these forms directly from our website below.

 

Once you've completed your forms, please call us to schedule an appointment for submission at the IT Office.
