Book Fees If you did not pay Book Rental during registration, please remember that payment is due by October 1.  The total fee is $100.00.  Textbook assistance is provided for those families who qualify for free/reduced meals.  If you feel that you qualify and would like to apply, please do so as soon as possible.  We would be more than happy to send the form home with the student.  

We will be transitioning our website to a new design this week, beginning on Tuesday, September 17th. During this time, some content on our current site may not be updated. The new site is scheduled to go live on Wednesday, September 18th.

Kankakee Valley Intermediate School hours are 8:40 a.m. -  3:17 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 9:10 a.m. - 3:17 p.m. on Wednesday.  Children who do not ride the bus are not permitted on school grounds until 8:20 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and 8:50 a.m. on Wednesdays.  Students must remain in their cars until the doors are open.  If you are dropping off after the doors are closed, you must come in and sign your student in at the office.
