Return to School Information Update

Kankakee Valley Schools are excited to welcome students back to school on Wednesday, August 12th

As we prepare to return to school, we have put together a video to help families understand some of the adjustments that students will experience at school this year.  We hope this answers a few questions you may have.  The Return to School video for parents and students can be found here: https://youtu.be/nL3ZYg7dtKQ

Please note that the first day of school is a regular start day and not a late start Wednesday.  The first late start day will be the following Wednesday, August 19th.

Student schedules and teacher assignments are now available through Skyward Family Access.  These are still subject to change.

We are requesting transportation information from you.  When you log in to your Skyward Family Access account, please choose ONLINE FORMS and then locate the Transportation Form.  Here, you will find your assigned bus driver and their information.  You may contact your drivers to find out their estimated pick up and drop off times.  We would also ask you to indicate how you plan to have your child transported to school.  This will help us anticipate how many children will be on the bus and how to best manage our parent drop off/pick up lines.
