Notice from the Jasper County Health Dept.

Prior to the beginning of the 2010-11 school year, all student grades 6-12 must have the following vaccines:

T-dap, Meningitis, Varicella (chickenpox)

Proof of Vaccination will be required to register for school. For more information, call the Jasper County Health Department at 219-866-4917
